• We use 10oz White Mugs (unless otherwise stated)
• We will personalise any item if required on most of our Pre-Printed Designs.
• All our mugs will be posted out First Class Post (unless otherwise requested) in a strong polystyrene cube
• If not satisfied with your order we will either replace your item or refund you the cost price of the item, less postage.
• We can always help you design your own requirements on any of our products so that you can have a bespoke product designed by you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
