• All our products are printed & posted First Class Post (unless otherwise requested), currently our turnover period is 5 working days. All our mugs are posted in a strong polystyrene cube or a smash-proof cardboard cube.
• If not satisfied with your order we will either replace your item or refund you the cost price of the item, less postage.
• We can always help you design your own requirements on any of our products so that you can have a bespoke product designed by you, for you.
